Finally, after much hard work, Tavia won Best Actress!!! So happy for her :)

Tavia Yeung （杨怡）
She was born in 30 August 1979 ( Fact: Many TVB siusang and Fadan are of the same age as her). She is the first and only actress in TVB that won the full set of TVB anniversary awards(Look at the captions above). Tavia started her acting career through the 13th TVB Artistes Training Course in 1999(Classmates with Raymond Lam :D). She starred in many dramas, including Vigilante Force, Moonlight Resonance, Beyond the Realm of Conscience, The Hippocratic Crush 1/2. 

I admire her for her character. She has a bubbly character and maintains good relationships with people that she work with. She also jokes around in interviews and seems very outgoing. However, I can see the serious attitude she has when she is working. She also strives to do her best in acting out any character. Her acting has slowly improved throughout the years. In the hippocratic crush 2, I can see her fine acting. Hope she can take home this year'a TV Queen once again although the hot favourite is Linda Chung. She built up her career through all her hard work. At the start, she had cameo roles only and then slowly she got bigger roles. She was not from any beauty pageants. She is now one of the rare fadan in TVB that started out in really small roles and made it big. 

Love her lots and lots. Was a small fan of her since she starred in Beyond the Realm of Conscience. I remembered myself supporting her to take the Best Actress award that year, but it went to Sheren Tang instead. A little disappointed, but Sheren Tang deserve it that year. 

I was kind of disappointed when she skip the anniversary gala this year due to her falling ill. Really really hope that she would attend the anniversary gala next year, she has been absent for so many years! Also disappointed that she was not the top 2 for 视后 during the anniversary gala show.( an award that was voted by 400++ Tvb artist) But, at least her onscreen partner, Kenneth Ma got the 视帝. Maybe it was because she did not attend the anniversary gala, so she does not have any chance for the award?? Anyway, the real award ceremony would be held on 16 December. I am anticipating for the awards ceremony!

Hope that Tavia and Kenneth can once again grab the best onscreen couple for the awards ceremony that is held in Malaysia. 

People also complain that it is annoying to watch tavia's nose in dramas. However, i don't really notice it in dramas. I think it is because I focus more on her acting. She may not be very pretty, but she is a great actress. If we think that her nose is annoying, obviously we would be paying much attention to her nose. So, I urge all of you to focus more on their acting rather on their looks. 

Wish Tavia good luck in her future career! Hope she still films TVB dramas even if she really leaves tvb in the future, as I am a huge fan of tvb dramas. Hope that The hippocratic Crush 2 gets more popular with the audience too.
